What our clients say.
Custom fabrication lives or dies on execution. Here is what the people who hired us have to say.
What we ask people to look for in a review.
Most custom-fabrication reviews online tell you the shop was “great to work with.” That is nice, but it does not tell a homeowner facing a $40,000 stair decision very much. The reviews below cluster around the things that actually matter on a steel project: the gap between the first quote and the final invoice, whether the install showed up on the date that was promised, and whether the welding inspector signed off on the first walk-through.
If you have worked with us, the most useful thing you can mention is something specific — the support method on your stair, the city your job was in, whether we caught a coordination issue before it became a change order. Two minutes of that is worth more to the next buyer than a paragraph of generic praise.
Leave a Google review
Takes about two minutes. The most helpful reviews name the stair type (mono stringer, floating, commercial egress), the city, and one thing that surprised you — good or bad.

What clients have said
“The stair became the feature everyone notices first. The measurements were careful, the finish is clean, and the installation crew treated the house with respect.”
“We needed a practical exterior stair replacement that would last. Vancouver Stairs helped us understand finish options and delivered a solid steel stair without drama.”
“The shop drawings made coordination easy for our contractor. The railing fit on the first visit and the powder-coated finish matched the rest of the project.”
“Clear communication, real fabrication knowledge, and a finished stair that looks exactly like the drawings. We would use them again.”
